HOOLIGAN, good post on ya mods!!!!!
Parts needed for a 636r conversion -
2005/6 forks, calipers,rear shock, master cylinder( and yes they work 10 fold over standard!!!!!!!!!) 2002 636 wheel spacers, new brake lines(100mm longer 636 ones)

Standard gen 1 triples were used with 2006 636r forks( they need to slide through 28 mm) for a perfect ride.
Rear shock goes in without taken any other part off your bike except right side exhaust after headers(if you have standard headers) then take 2mm off the lower bolt spacer so the shock will fit into z1000 linkage.
2002 spacers are made for the fit of the front wheel.
NOTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE DONE
