Anyone else have issues downloading a PDF file in the link above? When I click on the link it just takes me to the website but no PDF to save .

try this:

Right click the link, Click [Save Target as...] and save that way.

You should get the PDF.

Otherwise, open it. if it opens with Acrobat, click this button:

If these don't work, please indicate what browser and operating system you are using.

 

I have a "save as" without the "target"...

I can open it in the browser but it will only let me "save" it as a link to open up in a browser.

I have windows 10 home, and I use chrome.

 

Clicking "Save Link as... gives me this:

which lets me save the PDF there when I click save.

Windows 7 - Chrome.
