I was hoping someone would have some HP and Torque numbers on a 3rd Gen with either of these under engine exhausts. I am curious to see how much increase there is on HP and if there is a negative effect on torque. I contacted Ixil USA and they do not have any numbers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! the cs is for 4th gen only, you will have a gap in the belly part- it will expose it.. though it will fit technically, the look won't..
the cs is fine, never felt loosing 2 ft/lbs,; yes it gained 10.xx hp 118-128hp (- think they have limiters like france) torque is 71.xx-69.xx
when i rode it without ivans flash -its powerful as it is.. and i enjoy the bike, as per cs , bike is not tuned when they fitted it, just dyno of a stock bike as most people
woul just drop in the exhaust and not bother tuning with the exhaust..
there's 4 of us in north america that i know has that exhaust and loves it..
the exhaust is for the track (suppose to), thats why i requested for them to create a baffle.. and they did..
sorry for the dyno delay, its either raining, or the bike trailer is being used..
theres the huricane exhaust like the cs in brazil for 3rd gen
i used to like the ixil but, "why buy another box when you were trying to get rid of the box at the belly"?
its just what i have been told, and has like a toilet paper roll exit..-

i am at 3,400-3,600 ft
at sea level that will be my exact words..
the bike is fine, did not feel any dead spots on the full exhaust
but with the flash its just that you will feel your front end is going to go up.. and it does..
i am guessing at sea level 1st gear is useless by then, thats why some opted for 16t sprocket front..
with exhaust that are short (like brawlers, shorty cans) and side exits, yo will need ear-plugs as the resonance/echoing effect will be 3x louder inside your helmet
if you dont have ear plugs you are scared to twist the throttle more as it becomes louder-- thats the only undesirable effect
however i have made it a habit to wear earplugs.. less fatigue
and you can still hear the exhaust exactly how it is when you are listening to a ride by.. just less noise..
