Just so you are aware, the Z1000 has a tilting display. I thought it was actually real neat. Im not as tall as some guys so usually seeing the display is a pain in the butt to do.

There is actually 3 angle settings. Makes a nice touch! Something Im glad they thought of!!!

Nope, so screw. On the left side of the display, BEHIND the display, is a little pull tab - pull the tab towards you and adjust the display to one of three angles. Its that easy!

Ive played with mine a bit, and cant really tell much of a difference...then again, it hasnt been really sunny yet, so maybe thats why...once I get it in direct sunlight, it will probably make a world of difference.

I rode it and in the sun it is a nice feature. Considering there is no windscreen for it to hide behind... its works!

I like it alot!
Im in florida and the sun is a killer with all the glare.
Just reach up no tools and presto no more glare....LoveIt!
