Hey,

I just got a lovely z1k 2010 fitted with gpr exhausts, a rear seat cowel, a tail tidy and smaller number plate, rear hugger, and several other items.

But despite my attempts to keep the bike clean the rear seat cowel gets splashes of dirty on it. It's been fairly dry here, so it ain't like I'm riding in mad rain / dirt, but I must be hitting some wet patches and causing mud to be flung up onto the back.

Does anyone else notice this?

I'd have thought / hoped the bike would be designed to capture muck under the tail? Is it due to having a tail tidy + smaller number plate? It's not a huge issue, admittedly, and I have checked my m-bike jacket and i'm not covered in crap, so it seems to be restricted to the tail of the bike. BUt I'd like to set things up so that area is kept clean if at all possible.

Other than that, the bike is ripping and I'm loving it immensely!

When you remove the rear fender and look at the bike from the side you can see the problem.the rear tire sticks out a good two inches beyond the tail.and yes everyone who removes the fender gets dirty.
