Are you talking about the handlebar buzz?

I know exactly what you are talking about. It is the first thing I fixed on my Z when I got it. I already had aluminum handlebars (1st suggestion) I then added "Grip Puppies" which are foam covers that slip over your stock grips and for $10.00 they are worth it. Next and the best mod was a product called a "Vibranator". I got the ones with the barend weights since adding weight does reduce vibrations.

Vibranators: Vibranator.com
Grip Puppies: GRIP PUPPIES ™ Small. (1 Pair) Pick First Class Mail for Free Shipping. - Motorcycle Parts and Accessories for the Sport Touring Enthusiast at Motorcycle Accessories from California Sport Touring, Inc.
Aluminum Bars, Pro-Taper SE 7/8": Handlebar Info | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

I hope this helps answer a few questions so you don't have to spend hours and hours reading how all bike vibrate no matter what anyone says.

yes.. I have heard of guys packing the handlebars full of BB's, and I have also heard heavier bar end weights help.
