I recently hit a deer and need to replace my entire headlight assy. including the brackets that hold it to the forks (one that holds the hoses and wires and two that hold it further down to each shaft.)

I kinda doubt you'll have a lot of luck buying a used one, at least at a fair price if it's from a salvage company. I checked on BikeBandit.com and a complete headlamp assy is $474.57, and if you'er an AMA member (American Motorcycle Assn) you can get an additional 10% off.
