I have been using Motul road but have been thinking of using Maxima chain wax nex time. Anyone try Maxima chain clean? Worked great for me especially for off road use.

I've been using champion spray chain lube and I have to say I dont like it.. Turns my chain white and gets all over my back rim. Once some people post up on here I may go out and buy some new lube.

The aerosol goes on faster but you can buy the liquid in bulk from any Fastenal store. It's pretty cheap that way.

WD-40 to clean off build up........3in1 SAE 20 motor oil to lube it...then drive it for a few days or 160 miles or so and put a heavy coat of Du-Pont Multi Purpose Teflon spray on to seal it.
Once a month
I will have to see about that bulk liquid at Fastenal.....save a few bucks

Maxima Chain wax; got 26k out of my first chain, and sprox. I never cleaned the chain once.

I clean chain thouroughly then apply wheel bearing grease and wipe all excess of with a disosable terry towel. Gret lube never slings and here in florida it doesnt attract every grain of beach sand around like the spray on stuff,when i use spray on after one ride to work it looks like somebody covered my chain with sugar!
