Why do you switch through the motul brands I'm just curious if it helps and which one I should use I just bought a 2014 z1000ABS and it had its oil changed at 500 miles and now it's at 2500 which motul would be best for me to use
I'm just wondering why some people go from the motul 5100 10w40 to the motul 7100 to the motul 300v at certain miles does it help with anything and I was wondering which motul weight and brand"5100,7100,or300v" would be best for me to use I just bought a 2014 z1000ABS it had its oil changed at 500 after the break in and now it's at 2330 I dont know what oil they used it was serviced in a shop so I'm sure it was kawasaki brand but I'm wanting to change the oil before I ride it to much which motul would be the best to use and I also hear good things about liquid moly which one would be best ???
Silkolene 10w40 Fully synthetic. Just about to hit 20k on my gen 4 - change every 3k or so (usually a bit less) but i dont keep accurate count. Had a quick shifter in there for the last 8k and its still running sweet as.
Routine changes are key, dealer used Honda semi syn 10w30 initially so I did as well 1st few times, have used Belray, yamalube, Valvoline & Castro’s Motorcycle oils, no issues ever, 33K, doesn’t burn or leak, routine change every 3-4K is the key with good quality oil.
I recently posted a 5 minute video about a Kawasaki H2 SMOKING a high performance, highway patrol car on the freeway & the performance is simply breathtaking.
Not the sort of riding I enjoy but WOW!
Would love to hear firsthand from owners what it's like to ride.
It makes our Z1000's feel...
For all of you who are going to burn me on the stake for sharing this video, enough already.
The cop may have been in the picture from the start or maybe he suddenly starts chase around 2.35
This is for Entertainment Purposes only. I am not the Rider, I dont offer any opinion* on his...
This won't cure Coronavirus but as a Physiologist I can inform you that reliving the memories of your early riding days (complete with seized engines, traffic tickets, painful accidents & days riding you hoped would never end), will have a positive effect on activating your Immune System.
