I have already had a little rough idle after warm up since the exhaust change but this is different.
I changed the undertail plastic. Had to remove all the wiring in the tail but everything seamed to go smooth in and out .so i go for a ride right after and now i have a bad miss. Acts like i need plugs or killed at least one.
So i change the plugs . Check the wiring to make sure nothing is pinched and put 2 holes in the air box while i had it open.
No change at all. Sounds decent on idle but to throttle it it stutters and wont even pull the front wheel.
Plan on checking fuel pump /filter and different fuel next . Also i had just filled up when this happened.
Anybody have any better ideas on finding the issue?

When was the last time you rode it before the tail work?

One guy here recently found Mice had made a nest in his airbox but you have already checked that.

I would drain the gas & buy the highest octane from a different gas station to begin with - bad gas seems the most likely culprit here.
