Just goggled z1000 and found a couple nice things. One is this forum. Two is this article by on a 2010 z1000 modified by Roaring Toyz. Just wanted to share with you guys as this is one hot bike.

just went through the parts list of that bike. most of the parts were made by roaring toyz. definitely gonna buy from them when i get my bike. that a pretty wide rear tire. that even wider than most honda's tires and rims.

To each their own, but extended swing arms are for squids who think they're cool and drag-racers who know what to do with one.

If I end up getting one and I want to drag race it I'll definitely try a very similar rear setup. But like BigSexyZ said it's not really that practical unless you're drag racing your bike.
