A friend has been suggesting I get some rim tape, for safety reasons as much as anything.

On his black B-King with black wheels, he got black rim tape that shows up as white at night. But my orange/white Z with the two tone black and silver wheels, I dunno. The rim portion is silver. What would look good? Black? Silver on top of the silver that definitely won't match? Would orange be too much (assuming it did match)? I dunno.

Thoughts?

Ive thought about it but i love the looks of the bike the way it is...i love and ive realized you dont f with the ones you love..but thats just me:thumbsup:

I have the same dilemma. My silver/white zed also hade black/crome wheels. i would really like white tape but I'm not sure that will look so good on the silver wheels. Would prefer if the whole wheel was black with white tape.

But in you're case I would have gone for the orange one. Will look really cool!

It'd be one thing if the wheels were blacked out, but any tape on the stock rims will stand out in a bad way. I don't think it's worth it. Besides, if someone doesn't see you when they're driving directly at you, a bit of reflective tape won't help.
