2003 ORANGE Rear Seat Cover is brand new. Never been on a bike. No hardware, just the cover. If someone needs it, they can have it for $10 plus the Priority Mail shipping.

CLARIFICATION: The "No hardware" refers to the screws and bolts, etc. as shown below. They are the SAME as on the SEAT, but you would need a duplicate set unless you never wanna use the seat. In that case, you could take them off of it. Hope that helps.
