I'm in Central Mississippi. You and Rick and I ought to hook up sometime. Maybe Memphis? I'd LOVE to find some other Z owners to ride with or just to get to know them.

Around 15 dollars for both . I actually got them at walmart in the bicycle section . I did have to modify them and i did take pics just in case. I got them because i didnt like the size of regular bar ends . So far im very happy with them

View attachment 37225 Just bought these what do you think? I know they are small but they work really well!
I see u've replaced the stock bar. I've just put one on mine, from spiegler. One qustion did u drill the holes in your aftermarket bar for the plastic pins sticking out from lights switch or just cut the pins off? The stock bar had holes for the pins, i cut them off because i thought that drilling may weaken the bar, now i need to put some tape around the bar so that the light and starter switch doesn't move :).

Sounds Like a plan (yepimabiker)!! ^^^^^and for the pins that got lopped off , you can put a strip of toolbox drawer liner around the bar(cut to fit) and tighten it down to stay put. Did it with my Dual Stebel Horn Mod... Mounting to the fork tubes....they stay in place!

Those look nice. With those brush guards it kind of reminds me of a Buell City X. Very "streetfighterish". I'm replacing mine with either LSL or Rizoma mirrors, whichever one I decide to get I'm getting the billet grips and bars as well. Haven't taken my bars off yet, but it's good to know that I'll have to get something to keep the switches from moving. I didn't even know there were holes. Looks real good though, and $15 is way cheaper than the $220-$250 for the ones I've been looking at.

Btw, how the hell can you see anything in those things? I'd think that the vibration would make them unusable, especially without the weighted bar ends.

very little vibration. i can see cars behind me cant tell what kind or how many ppl stuff like that. but then im just using them as lane checkers to see if there is a car behind me or almost behind me and for that they are great
