As of yesterday, I'm the proud owner of a 2011 green Z. Took her out today and put in 250 miles. The ride was amazing (except when she almost rolled off the side stand) and I can't wait for the break-in period to be over so I can see what she can really do.

My last 3 bikes were a Speed Triple, a Tuono, and a Hypermotard and, so far, it looks like the Z may end up being my favorite.

Welcome, how does it compare to your speed triple?

The S3 was three bikes ago, so it's a little tough to compare. It was my favorite until the Z, primarily based on the engine. That triple is a pretty good motor.

I think the Z offers a better all around package, especially the handling. It feels smoother and more refined. I don't miss the torque of the triple at all.
