Hi All-

Just wanted to make a quick intro of myself. Been browsing the forums for a couple months trying to decide on a bike. Had a 2007 Gixxer 600 a couple years ago but sold it before moving to Washington in 2009. Been without a bike since, and just purchased a 2011 Kawi Ninja 1000 a couple weeks ago. Love it so far; definitely the perfect compromise between a pure sport bike and a touring/cruising bike. Just finished a DIY fender elimination using parts from the OEM fender, and I've ordered a Corbin seat and Throttlemeister for the longer trips. Other than a Puig smoked windscreen and dialing in the stock suspension, I'll probably leave everything else alone and just ride.
