Kawasaki just released a new teaser for the new Ninja. The 2011 ZX-10R has a really aggressive look that I'm really liking. I know pretty much all of you like naked bikes but you have to admit, this one looks really good.

i know im probably gonna get flamed for this but i this better than the z1000. plus looks like its going to be available in the trademark kawasaki green unlike the z1000.
Very nice! thanks for posting this teaser.
I still keep staring at that pic. I'm really falling in love with the new Ninja. I wouldn't mind having a Z1000 and ZX-10R in my garage. :)
Kawasaki just released a new image of their race spec 2011 Ninja ZX-10R. This thing looks so amazing.

that race spec looks insane!!!! look at all that carbon fiber they used. i can only imagine how much it cost and how much lighter it is.
Looks sick! Renderings aren't a guarantee of what the final bike will look like tho. They usually have to change stuff to meet stupid requirements...But the lines in the rendering and the race bike are very similar. Since the race bike's lines would be close to that of the street version...I think the new 10r is gonna be hawt!!!!!!
Amazing bike..I am sure this bike can fly because of light weight full carbon fiber body..This bike is going to win 2011 world super-bike championship.

Kawasaki teases 2011 ZX-10R [w/video]

This teaser is doing its job where they got so much fans :D :+1:
The drawing looks amazing, most drawings with no headlights, 21 inch front wheel and six milimeters of front end travel do. Also you better enjoy the first 100 miles since you will never be able to add gas with out a gas filler.
the only thing keeping me from having a zx10r instead of my z1000 is the unbearable riding position. i really want the power & handling of this beast but guess i will wait for a naked 10r z.
You guys are a little "behind the times" aren't you? Really guys, a 2011 teaser? Shouldn't you be looking for a 2013 teaser........ I just sayin'.
im keeping my 03 for along time. but the new speed triple is the next bike.

i noticed that but assumed they meant 2013. obviously u r right though.:screwy:
If you are sacrificing the superior looks and design (and comfort) of the Z1000, and want to trade that for sheer teeth clenching power and speed, why not go all out and get a ZX14R?

To me, the ZX10R is rather pointless, now that the ZX14R is *baddest of the bad*. To me, the ZX10R is rather unattractive looking, and its main calling card, its speed, has now been upstaged by the ZX14.

But I gotta admit, that *ant with antenae sticking of its head* look is started to get to me. LOL Intimidating as hell.

But still, its not on par with the Z1000's looks. Not by a long shot.

Shame they don't put this engine on the Z1000. But I guess the wind force on you would make hitting the top speeds undoable, or very dangerous.

the 10r is more a track bike were the 14r is more a street bike .. they are both fast bikes, with a few mods the 10r is right there with a 14 in a straight line race. but yeah if you want just all out speed without doing anything.. the 14r is the winner .. at least right now it is..loL!
I purposely didn't buy the ZX10R when renewing my "two wheels" as I was trying to slow down. With fully faired bikes I tend to cruise through traffic at 120-140mph like a possessed adolescent. On the Z1000 I am happy cruising at 80-90 through traffic. I am staying away from fully faired bikes to keep my liberty and licence.

The 2013 ZX10R

I gotta admit, after some intial disgust, the looks of this bike are now striking me as amazingly cool. LOL THe looks are such an improvement over the previous generation (2010)

Seems insects are the design theme most of the modern sportbikes are geared towards, and this bike looks like a pissed off ANT! Second to the BMW, but lookswise, its more appealing.

And its been said to be better overall for use on the street than the BMW.

Both are really track bikes with a license plate on em, as has been said. I see a dealer on E Bay is selling new 2012 ZX10Rs for $9,995
