Hi All

I am a well established streetfighter hooligan, I am from england where i own and ride a Suzuki GSXR1216cc fighter that i have built me self and has won numerous custom shows and been featured in Streetfighter magazine......

BUT thats not why i'm here I also own a 2003 Kawasaki Z1000 that I bought 4 months ago while having an extended vacation in the USA visiting my parents.

Long story short I have put in 6k miles while stateside and I really love the Kwak, I am moving permenently to america in feb 2011 and have decided that although I love the Z1000 it really needs me to work some streetfighter magic on the bike to really make it mine and I thought i'd join up here to get some advice and help in locating parts and doing any usefull mods to the bike.

So hello once more and now i'm off to have a little look round the boards see you round

Wait a sec - I sold mine about four months ago...traded it in, and they sold it - said they sold it to a guy from outside the USA...wasnt YOU, was it? You didnt happen to buy an orange Z1000 with a Muzzy full system and an Ohlins rear shock, did you?? If so, it WAS mine!!

Either way, welcome to the boards, and I cant wait to see the mods you're thinking of doing!

Well it's funny you should say that........No i didn't i got mine from a dealership in wisconsin but the really funny thing is I was watching what I think may be your old bike on ebay and really wanted it but it was a bit to far to collect it and i was still in the UK at the time.

I have a 2010 Z and just found some neat stuff which I'm sure you already know about, from a company Rizoma. Working @ Cycle Gear helps me a bunch to get the stuff I need (want), and catch a break on the price etc. Anything I can help you guys with just drop me a line, I'll do what I can.

Thanks for the welcome and I know what your saying about being half in jail with the Gix it does tend to bring out my hooligan side somewhat. lol
Should be interesting when it makes it's debut stateside, I already got busted speeding twice on the Zed.
