this is a link to a headlight and cowl for sale in ebay.

I am missing my headlight cowl and was wondering if you guys know if this will take it's place, cause they want 150$ at the local wrecking yard for one.

from the looks of the auction details it will fit almost anything. i would try to find a model specific one for my bike. you usually get what you pay for. i myself wouldn't like the idea of ruuber straps holing it on my bike and over 100 mph. just sayin'.:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

thanks for the reply, i was thinking it looked pretty cheap too, i'm gonna take your advice and wait till the wrecking yard can locate one for me. i'm also in need of a passenger seat, do you know of any companies that make one?

Yeah, those are junk. I have a buddy that bought one for his stunt bike and it's garbage. Really flimsy and the lights are useless. What year Z do you have? I'm replacing my stock first gen one with an aftermarket one from Germany. It's perfectly good, I just want something different is all.

That thing uses the same lights that are in my sons fiber optic christmas tree. I would be surprised if you could see 10ft with those. You could always get some fog lights from a local auto parts store and use them if you didn't need an actual cowl.

haha, my headlights are fine, it's just the plastic pieces that go around the headlights that i need
