The grips is one thing I am not happy about, too smooth and flat. With the hot weather and the sweat not comfortable at all. Has anybody found good replacement? Can I do on my own? How complicated is to replace the throtle grip?

There's gel grips you can get for the 2010. Not sure where exactly though.

Its really REALLY simple. You can cut the old ones off, if you arent going to reuse them. New ones slip on easily, as they are provided with some glue that will lube the handlebar area for installation...

I just bought a pair of these Pazzo levers, and I am loving them! And, they came with a free pair of ProGrips, made in Italy. Gel grips, nice and comfortable...and FREE! $15 value... I havent been able to find Pazzo levers ANYWHERE on the Net for under $179.99 - and you get free shipping and free grips from these guys. Worth it in my opinion!

Those look really nice. Should go well if you decide to get those frame sliders I posted about.

Yes already ordered both.

That was quick. What color did you end up getting and what color is your Z? Post pics once you have them installed. Should look really sick once you're done.
Is the White and Orange. I ordered the Carbon Fiber Sliders and the black and Silver grips. I will post pictures once is all set.

Im very curious to hear your reviews of the grips as well.

I really like the looks, and I understand that they have gel grips over the aluminum...but I wonder how much vibration comes through the bars with aluminum tubes like that, as opposed to the plastic ones that are stock...

They look pretty sick though! What I really need is frame sliders first...
I didn't dig the Driven grips on my last bike. They were very soft and wore down quickly.

Those do look real nice. Would love to see if they have other color options.

Nice! Show us pics of it installed and possibly a review of how good they are. Should look sick once its on your bike.
I put these on my zr7. Nice and comefy. MSR ATV Metal Mulisha Grips Alternate Images - Mobile Motorcycle Superstore Look good. Had to cut end off. Are all kawi throttle tubes from the same year the same diameter? I've never understood bike specific grips. Just find out what diameter you need.
