Hey guys, didn't see anything in the advanced search. There really isn't that much info out there on these lesser known tires from what I can tell? I've got a 3rd Gen, that currently has Q3+'s. The rear is starting to cord in the center after some use. Although the front tire still has plenty of life left in her. Looking to get a GPR300 for the rear this weekend, the GPR300 is only around $100 compared to the Q3+ which is right at $200. I'm thinking this rear tire will not be quite as soft as the Q3+. Years ago, we used to run a softer compound on the front tire (Metzler MEZ1), to minimize the possibility of washout & a medium compound on the rear (Metzler MEZ2) for mileage. In theory, both should wear out around the same time, right? Has anyone heard anything about the GPR300's?

Rear GPR300 has been mounted & tested, pleased so far with dry weather performance. Hopefully it'll last for a while, I'll keep you guys posted.
