Years ago while attending dirt bike clinic the instructor explained to quage your level of bravery based on how old you are and warned the folks over thirty to take caution and the folks over forty to just be plain careful. he had two tree branches to demonstrate what happens to the young in a crash and the old in a crash. the young branch bent and twisted when you tried to break it. the old branch snaped with little effort. it was a sobering explination.
