To my fellow Z owners. Please use caution if you chose to order anything from MRcycles.com.

Long story short USPS tracking information confirmed my parts were returned but MRcycles claims they cannot locate them. I could accept USPS may have misplaced them and I would be willing to entertain that possibility if I could engage in any constructive communication with MRcycles.

I've sent several emails and called many times only to be met with static white noise on the other end. It seems the phone lines are out of commission occasionally. When someone did finally answer... I was put on hold for 10 minutes then inexplicably cut off. The next day I actually got through and spoke with the salesman handling my return. He was very defensive and put me on hold for 26 minutes before the line went dead.

On the other hand VISA was very helpful. After filling out a short form they took care of my issue in a couple of minutes.

I'm not sure if MRcycles is a legitimate operation or just a fly by night drop ship deal. They seem very unorganized over there.

I've been ordering from them for a while, but never had problems that I needed to contact them. Have you tried email? Some companies do better with email than phone calls.

Yes, I tried email. 12 in all. Maybe you get lucky if you don't actually have to engage with a real human or return anything.

Its a real working store, I just happened to stop in it yesterday while traveling. stock and prices were pretty good compared to what I have locally. Cant speak for the online ordering and customer service.
