Not sure I'm digging the headlight, but damn that bike looks hot! If I seen that in person, I wouldn't of even guessed it was a Z1000 without closer inspection.

Dude, thats sick! I love it!

Was this a crash-conversion?? Or did you do it on purpose?

Either way, it rocks!

Can't see it here at work, they must have whatever image hosting site you use blocked; sucks to be me.

Really enjoy looking at this bike. I miss having a round headlight and there's a part of me that would like to follow a similar path as here, but do that round headlight with the dual Koso round gauges, too. Granted, my absolute lack of mechanical skill would make it tricky, but it'd be damn slick.

I love the Muzzy megaphone exhaust, I just can't imagine myself tolerating the noise. I had a megaphone on my old 599 and, without the baffle in, it bothered the heck out of me even when I wore earplugs. I don't want to add to the problem we have around here with exceptionally loud sportbikes... but I do love the look.

My 1977 KZ1000 is a 4-1 V&H megaphone without the baffle.... it sounds awesome. My Z1K OTOH, sounds like ***** without baffles.

Holy crap that looks totally different!
The entire proportions of the bike are changed--the front looks lower, and more pitbull-ish at the same time.

Plan on putting bar-ends on? Whichever bike I'm on, not being able to see behind me always drives me crazy.
