Hey, all. I just started having this issue and it's reoccurring. After I ride the bike for a minute the ABS indicator will start flashing and when it does so, the bike runs poorly at low engine RPM. If I cycle the ignition, this problem goes away, but will eventually come back. It feels like some sort of sensor is going bad, but I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what this means. I checked my owner's manual and service manual and couldn't find any information. Thanks!

Clean your abs sensors on the frknt and rearwheel. Dirt could cause the abs light to go on. That is easiest and cheapest to check first. But not sure if the abs light would also result in a poor running engine...

It's not the engine. It only runs funny when the indicator is flashing. It has to be a bad sensor

Nobody has experienced this issue or knows what the flashing indicator means?

Yeah, took them out and cleaned them. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. It doesn't seem to have much that could go wrong with it.
