I thought the 03-06 had closer to a 5 gallon tank?

i put 4 gal in my 04 sunday, still had some left. i go about 160 miles before i get nervous.

My light comes on at 110 mi or so. If I fill it then I can put about 3 gal in.

no pipes or power commander on my 04. my lowest MPG was 38 my best was 50 MPG.

I can't seem to do beter than 32mpg. I'm at about 6K feet above sea level. Wonder if that has something to do with it?
