New oil motul 7100

Hello guys, i just change the oil and the oil filter and got the motul 7100(its red oil, its first time i see red oil), anyway i chose this cause i read somewhere it offers smoother shifting, and its MA2. One week now i can tell that the shiftings became more cruncky that they used to be . And that drives me crazy. I have a gen 3.
What oil do you use? and with which oil did you notice smoother shifts ? Anyone else used 7100 before?

I've used Mobil 1 , Redline, Motul 300V, Repsol. All made the trans shift pretty good for awhile. But they all cost around $10 a Liter.
We tried Shell Rotella T6 in my son's 2003 Z1000. Worked great, at least as good as the others. Costs $23 a gallon.
I just put it in my ZX14. Love it.
