Z1000 2015 suddenly starts to run crazy rich! Help please

Hello my z1k friends. My bike seems to have some periodic problems.
One day it runs perfect, and the next day it runs crazy rich.

Today when going for a short ride the engine suddenly starts running crazy rich and alot of black smoke / smells bad from the exhaust.

Connected my power commander 5 software and the o2 sensor reads a 10.1 AFR.

Bike runs really bad and its not drivable at low rpms. Wont idle neither.

Where can i start to look for problems?

Current mods:
Pc5 with autotune
K&N filter
SC project mufflers with stock exhaust.
Pair valve blocked

Is the ECU bad?
Just had the spark plugs replaced, fresh oil.
Valves checked 2 days ago and compression is perfect.

Hoping for help, thank you.
I need this sorted asap.

No kawasaki dealer nearby, atleast 10 hour drive to the nearest one.

10.1 defo to rich, my first port of call would be the Pc5, as its in control of the fueling now, can you dissconect it and run on standard ecu map with o2 sensor up and running to see if it runs better, if it does then the finger is defo pointed at the pc5 and its mapping.

Its a big job on these to disconnect it and run it stock. Is there any way to do it easy?
To disconnect all the connectors i need to pull off the tank and air box. Any tips?

If it does i cant find it.
I forgot to mention. I have exhaust servo eliminator and o2 sensor eliminator mounted. Is it possible one of these have fried my ECU?

I also tried zero mapping the bike, still no difference. Still drowns and does not run well.

Since this problem comes and goes, im thinking it must be the ecu or pc5.

Yesterday the bike ran perfect and today i get like 50miles in range on a full tank of gas

Update!
Yesterday i totally removed the power commander and mounted the original o2 sensor. Bike still runs crazy rich and throws alot of black smoke.

Either my ECU is bad or one of the injectors are stuck open.

ride it for some time should get better if you have installed O2 sensor correctly.
