Question 2016 Z1000 Hard side bag/box questions

Morning all

I'm having a really hard time finding hard bags or boxes for a 2016 Z1000 like the Givi type.
Couple of questions............

1) Does anyone know of companies that make hard side bags for the Z1000 (I don't want a top box)
2) Do mounts for the 2016 Z1000SX fit the normal 2016 Z1000? if not, is it a big different or can it be an easy mod/fix
3) If there are any semi hard/soft side bags that have some kind of lock/quick release and don't have the big flaps or straps that go over the rear seat I may entertain that idea, but prefer mounted hard bags/boxes

Thanks for any helpful info

I did try searching but only found pre 2014 mounts, top boxes, soft bags etc

I do not.

The two bikes use a different rear subframe, so this will likely be quite a challenge unless you have some fabrication experience.

The SW-Motech bags might be the closest to what you're describing here. There is a strap over the top, but they're also secured by the footpegs with a metal bar.

https://www.hepco-shop.de/meinbike/kawasaki/z-1000-2014 Here you can find semi hard cases with rack that is especially designed for the bike . No mods needed.
