UPDATE :READ Amateur Mistake BEFORE

Update so I finally went out and tried starting the bike out of nowhere today , it turned on and with a little help from a battery booster it turned over and started . After turning it off it wouldn’t come back on but 1 time in every few tries . I tested with a voltage meter if And I’m getting power to the battery and everything is getting power when I turn the ignition on , just not turning over and starting. Any guesses? Somebody on here has to know something about it a little bit

Have you read through the troubleshooting section of your relevant service manual yet?

Could be a corroded start button. Could be your start relay. See if you are getting power to the Primary side of the start relay when you push the start button. If so, your relay is probably bad. If not start looking at the start button.
