It's pretty easy actually, you just need the right tools: impact wrench and an engine hoist with 4 soft straps & 4 ratchet straps.
Loosen the front sprocket, drop the rear tire, loosen the swingarm bolt, rear shock/dog bone, & rear brake caliper hose (at the master cylinder). You don't even have to split the chain.
I'm guesstimating it took us around 2/3 hours to swap both out? Wasn't timing it.
