Well, I checked your account as well as the user group and cannot find any issues. If it doesn't work for you, I would think it shouldn't work for anyone in the same Registered user group.
I've gone and toggled a setting on your account to see if anything "resets" itself. Give it a try and let me know by replying if you can. If not, send me a PM or post another new thread and we'll need to get tech support involved.
