I had mine checked and readjusted when I hit 60K. My valve cover gasket was leaking when this was done so it was replaced. Currently at 63K'ish miles.

I'm 6' and was around 260 when I bought my 2010. Down to 220 now and the bike feels a whole lot faster. :)
I'd go for the 2014, but mine has over 60,000 trouble free miles of commuting hell.

Yes. Plug and play and brackets included to use stock signals. Looks like it comes with it's own license plate light to take the place of the stocker as well.
