Could not agree more. They stopped building them like that because they found better, faster, lighter and cheaper ways.

And with this bike, who are you trying to fool? Its a z900 with a different tank and tail section.

Since history is repeating, I cant wait for the next step. That happens when people own all these naked bikes, but realize they dont live in Southern California. At that point they decide wind protection would be a good thing...

well... I noticed they don't sell Z in the states anymore. Last year model is the last one.

There's still quite a few 2016 z1000 at dealerships,they replaced the 1000 with the z900,they look nice,but they ain't no 1000. I don't understand why they did it though,Honda did the same thing with their CB1000r,except they are only doing a 650 now.
