Ive found when im riding hard up on the tank my rear brake pedal seems a bit high.
Ive adjusted it to its lowest position to no avail.
Found the motorwerk piece on thier website.
Billet aluminum rather than stamped steel with a larger adj. range.
Will post install and finished pics as soo as i recive it in the next couple of days.Looks like a quality piece and only $9.

Very interested. I have the same issue with mine. There's very little adjustment in it. Quite annoying. Even the gear lever I had to rotate on the spline to get it low enough. my brother has the same issues with his Ninja 1000.

My if you are riding hard you do not need or use back brakes ONLY front brakes required

I use my rear quite often in the twisty stuff to compress my suspension before turn in and on the way out of corners to curb wheelies.
Must be a new technique? Because when braking hard the back end is light don't under stand how that would work. At the gap I have seen some remove there back brakes just so they don't get in a habit of useing them. Maybe your riding hard and mine is too different things.
I don't use it much under hard braking, but then I do that mostly in a straight line and a little bit of trail braking when I tip in from the front. I'm usually back on the power pretty early in the corner so I use the rear brake the compress the rear to balance the bike in the transition between tip in and throttle. I just find it's a bit smoother and I feel much more balanced on throttle than I do at neutral throttle mid corner.
That's just me though and I'm no pro. Most of my riding technique is derived from Twist of the Wrist by Keith Code. But like I said, I'm no racer, nor do I really push the bike's limits on the road.
